The schedule for college football coaches during fall camp can be brutal.

Some are at the facility by 5 am.

In my recent interview with @coach_mannydiaz — I asked him his training camp routine.

“We’re normally in around 7, whether it’s a staff meeting or meeting with players. So we have some sort of morning meeting. We get them back in the afternoon and meet again, right on the grass.”

“When we’re done on the practice field we’re running inside as a coaching staff to grade it so you can be getting home at 10:30.”

It’s always interesting to hear from the best minds in college football when they come on @nextupwithadam.
