Yeah, sooo that affirmative action decision that so many claimed would only impact higher ed... Welp, clearly that's not the case. 🫠 🫠 🫠

Yesterday, it was announced that conservative activist Edward Blum, President of the American Alliance for Equal Rights, and a key figure in the Supreme Court's recent challenge to affirmative action, is taking legal action against major corporate law firms Perkins Coie and Morrison & Foerster.

Blum's lawsuits claim that the firms' diversity fellowships, aimed at promoting inclusivity, are inadvertently discriminatory based on race. 😒🙄
