When I was a younger kid I was always considered “shy” . In fact I would literally cry if I had to speak to any sort of stranger. I cried at Pizza Hut when I had to tell the waitress my drink order. I was in a constant state of fear and wondering what was going to happen next… All that to say it wasn’t until recent years I discovered it was anxiety this whole time.. I’ve lived with anxiety ever since I can remember. I started to write music and sing as an escape and to let out emotions I feel inside. I wrote this song from an honest and raw view point of feeling trapped in your own mind.. in fear of what could go wrong next in life… not feeling good enough or “healthy” enough to be loved.. this song is called “how to be happy” and I hope you love it and can feel it.
