One-Year Turnaround #OwnTheCity

An Oct. 30, 2021 women’s cross country recap following the UAA Championships read, “‘Today, we learned what it will take to be a competitive team in the UAA and we look forward to making the cultural changes needed to get there.’ said Head Coach Tyler Deck Shipley.” The team did not have the required five runners and did not score.

And make the cultural changes he did.

This year, the women currently rank 20th in the nation and 2nd in the region (cc: @ustfccca). Tap in for how @nyuxctf did it, and how they look to continue the success they so quickly found.
