coach_rick_schwartz here! 👋 Although I am almost 3 years into being a Certified Oola Life Coach and living my Oola life, it wasn’t always like this. There was a time in my life that things were pretty bad. (That picture of me in my car, that was shortly after I had admitted to myself I was out of balance and needed to change myself to change my life). In fact, it was that really low, unbalanced time in my life that put me on a path that eventually had me reading Dr. Dave & Dr. Troy’s book, Oola: Finding Balance in an Unbalanced World. 

As I started implementing the Oola framework in my life, things started to shift. Long story short, I found myself supporting others and decided I wanted to become certified to coach others through the Oola framework.

Fast forward a year from becoming certified and I found myself at my first OolaPalooza in December of 2021.  My biggest takeaway from that experience was the power and love of the Oola Community, or as I affectionately call them, my Oola Family.

That picture of the bridge is what I posted to my social media accounts after my first OolaPalooza. That last image is just me. Me growing and glowing after Oolapalooza.
