•Hosted THIS Saturday, 6/17 at the Culver location from 12-2pm
•You’ll be introduced to 2 high skill movements, and two strength pieces: the viper press( log movement), the continental clean, the axle deadlift and the yoke walk. 
•This will be a hands on and technical look at broadening your movement arsenal and learning how to more efficiently develop  existing skill sets.
