What was in your bag this summer? #AD for me, that depended on where I was going. Lately, my bag has consisted of the basics (hair ties, floss, water bottle, pencils, pens, deodorant, lip gloss, and my wallet) to help get me through the day. Now that I have lost nearly 70 pounds, my digestive tract has been off track! You would think it would be the opposite but that is far from true!
