Good neighbors: Michael Mazzella, a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh, joins other students and alumni with the school's Be A Good Neighbor campaign in the cleaning and re-dedication of the 23rd Ward War Memorial restoration project at the corner of Sandusky Street and East Commons on the North Side on Saturday. The group scoured the wall, planted flowers and ground covers and installed stepping stones before rededicating the memorial.
