University of Pittsburgh student Evan Burlew, 20, takes advantage of the warmer weather to play his bagpipes outside of Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall and Museum on Sunday in Oakland. Burlew grew up with his grandmother playing the bagpipes as well, and he was a part of a 22-member bagpipe band in high school.
