Pittsburgh firefighters spray down a section of the Liberty Bridge where a tarp fire raged Friday afternoon, shutting down the bridge indefinitely beginning at 1 p.m. The bridge is expected to stay closed until further notice.

Editor's note: This post originally said the bridge was to open Tuesday. PennDOT officials are now not sure yet when it will be opened. Updates can be found on our site.
