Mayor for a day: Held by his father, Richard, Lucas Goeller officially ends a meeting Wednesday with Lower Burrell Mayor Richard Callendar, left, after he read a proclamation making Lucas the city's mayor for a day. Mayor Callendar invited Lucas, who had a liver transplant last July, to serve as mayor on Wednesday to raise awareness for organ donation. “People don’t realize how many people are out there waiting,” Mayor Callendar, who had a double lung transplant in the same month as Lucas, said. “Me and Lucas are very fortunate.”
