We’re amid #ASUMoveIn, and we're thrilled to welcome our Sun Devils to campus! 📦☀️

Check out these tips to help you stay cool and protect yourself from the heat:

👕 Wear the right clothes: choose light-weight and loose-fitting clothing.

⏱ Pace yourself: If you’re not accustomed to a hot environment, start slowly and pick up the pace gradually.

🧢 Wear sunscreen: Protect yourself from the sun by wearing a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses and by putting on sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher 30 minutes prior to going out.

☀️ Stay hydrated: Don’t wait until you’re thirsty to drink.

☝️ Stay informed: Check local news for extreme heat alerts and more safety tips.
