Nothing but happiness bouncing around in this brain bucket

Part of coming to freeride events is having to learn new lines, and that’s intimidating as hell! At least for me- I usually find myself paralyzed in a corner for a little bit just watching people crush it before I feel like I can even get started ticking things off, but this year felt different. In the words of my good friend Em, it’s all about planting seeds and then watering them until you feel comfy and stoked enough to do the thing, and it was a pleasure to watch the progress of all the riders in the event through the weekend from hitting features for the first time, towing themselves into the whole line and the rad trains of people all trusted each other to hit everything in the right place at the right speed- whether it was our first time hitting the feature, first of the session or the last. But it wasn’t just the riding that was all time, the camaraderie and cohesiveness of the crew this year was so special and supportive. Just such a cool thing to be a part of and witness. hannahbergemann, you created something truly magical here🙏🏻❤️
