📍Recently, our team spent 2 days shaping the future strategy of the fund and coming together around shared values.

▪️On the first day, the agenda included evaluating the work from the previous period, clearly defining the focus and development priorities, and setting goals for the future.
▪️The second day was dedicated to relaxation, communication, and learning effective communication among ourselves.

Currently, we have a clear understanding of what the foundation aims for and what tools are needed to implement our plans, as well as the purpose for which we are working.

💪 We are moving forward only! More help and support for those who need it!

📍Нещодавно наша команда провела 2 дні за формуванням  подальшої стратегії фонду та гуртуванням навколо спільних цінностей. 

▪️В перший день, на порядку денному, були оцінки роботи за минулий період, чітка фіксація фокусу та пріоритетів розвитку та постановка цілей на майбутнє. 
▪️А другий, ми присвятили відпочинку, спілкуванню та навчанню ефективній комунікації між собою. 

Наразі чітко усвідомлюємо чого прагне фонд і кожен учасник команди, які інструменти потрібні для реалізації планів й мету заради якої ми працюємо. 

💪 Рухаємось тільки вперед! Більше допомоги та підтримки тим, хто цього потребує!
