1. Research Phase: Spent countless hours on Zillow hunting for homes with four or more bedrooms. #ZillowSurfing 🏄‍♂️
2. Visits: Toured several prospects. It’s vital to get a real feel, imagine the potential.
3. The Find: Stumbled upon a gem - six bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Perfect for my vision.
4. The Purchase: Teamed up with my buddy, Abe. Pooling resources, we put down a 20% deposit. Yes, it was a significant chunk, a culmination of diligent saving over years.

Rental Strategy: the garden level became two rental units, granting each tenant a bedroom and a separate office space. #RentalIncome 💰 Each pays $1,250 per month for a total of $2,500 in income monthly.
