Mesh Review

Hey everyone, today we are taking a quick look at Wolf Athletics Aura mesh

Aura mesh is high performance mesh made by wolf Athletics also it weighs in at 18 grams which is just lighter than String King type 4

Starting with Stringing - Aura mesh is really soft and easy to work with when it comes to stringing, it has a similar diamond size and stiffness to ECD Hero 2.0. I have 2 heads currently strung with Aura, a Rekon and a Nike Vapor 2.0

Break in - Just like other high end performance meshes, Aura mesh breaks in really quickly. After stringing it up and playing wall ball or even taking a few shots on cage, the mesh should be set and completely game ready

Stiffness - Aura mesh only comes in 1 stiffness, semi soft

The Semi soft has a really nice feel on the ball and the natural hold you get from the mesh is also excellent

Durability - The durability of the mesh actually surprised me. The mesh is really thin and light but its still very strong. We didn’t experience any ripping or tearing of the mesh.

Also with regards to reliability, if you need to use the mesh rain or less than perfect weather conditions you should be totally fine. As we did a handful of times and didn’t experience consistency issues or bagging

Value - Now this can be seen as a pro or a con but Aura mesh only comes in a kit for $30. To be honest I don’t care much for the shooters as they are polyester and stretch a lot. But the sidewall strings are incredible and probably my favorite on the entire market.

The Spectra sidewall strings are wicked strong and don’t stretch. Also the chance of them tearing is really low to due to the excellent construction.

Overall I really like Aura mesh, I thinks its nice alternative to the other big name companies like ECD and SK. Its a nice lightweight reliable piece of mesh, the price point for kit is great and the sidewall strings are absolutely incredible

with that said if you guys enjoyed the video be sure to give it a like and subscribe to the channel for more weekly videos and thanks for watching.
