I am always a little late to trends, like last year’s Air Fryer Peaches — but I finally came around to it, and elevated them! I made a small batch of oatmeal crisp topping with SunButter  sunflower seed butter and added a tablespoon to the center of each peach.

The peaches caramelize and become juicy and sweet, and the topping gets the perfect golden color.
