🎖️ GOWEN THUNDER AIRSHOW 2023

gowenthunder is Idaho’s largest military airshow & open house, taking place this Saturday and Sunday!

I was invited to attend media day this afternoon for a sneak peek of the weekend exhibition! This family-friendly event promotes community awareness and celebrates achievements of the military and aviation.

There is plenty to see and do with high-flying (and fast) spectacles, food trucks, displays, and activities for the kids. Admission is FREE!

🌟 Featured Performers:

U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds: Displaying the pride, precision, and professionalism the U.S. Air Force represents.
U.S. Army Golden Knights: The Army’s aerial ambassadors, performing for communities worldwide. 
U.S. Air Force F-35 Lightning II Demonstration Team: Showcasing the unique capabilities of the Air Force’s advanced 5th generation multi-role stealth fighter.

Gates open at 8am with the daily airshow running from 10am - 3:30pm.
