So how does he and Penn State bring these type of guys in?

“It’s identifying who you think is that guy.”

“There’s a whole process internally of watching film, doing some homework of does he fit our style? There are some characteristics that are non-negotiables.”

And how do these guys stand out if they have those non-negotiables? 

“At the end of the day they have to have an elite characteristic. Weather it’s great length, great speed, great ball skills, exceptional competitor. They have to carry an elite trait.”
