Colombian rapper and singer Maluma opens his tour at Golden 1 Center on Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023, in Sacramento as part of their 31-city Don Juan Tour.

Maluma picked the perfect venue to launch his Don Juan World Tour on Thursday night. The Colombian star’s crown iconography and purple theme matched perfectly with the identity of Golden 1 Center’s home team, the Sacramento Kings. 

"Buenas noches, mi gente. Para mí es un honor estar de regreso en Sacramento. Un lugar donde siempre me ha sentido en casa y sobre todo hoy que estamos empezando la gira," él dijo. "Mi gente es una locura porque en el año 2021 también estuvimos aquí y también fue el primer concierto de la gira Papi Juancho...Hoy seguimos acá y de antemano les tengo que decir que los amo con todo mi corazón y muchas gracias."

English translation below:
