Ingredients:⁣
1 green or red sweet pepper, cut into 1.5-inch pieces⁣
1 white onion, cut into 1.5-inch pieces⁣
1 pkg Wegmans Organic Lemon Garlic Marinated Chicken Breast Cutlets, cut into 1-inch pieces⁣
Salt and pepper to taste⁣
4tsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil, divided⁣
1 pkg bamboo skewers⁣
 ⁣
Directions:⁣
Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. and coat lightly with oil.⁣
Assemble kabobs and season with salt and pepper.⁣
Grill, covered 16-18 min, turning every 2-3 min (internal temp should reach 165).⁣
