Imagine participating in the parents’ race at school, thinking you have a decent chance, and then the third fastest woman in the world shows up…

That happened earlier this year when Jamaican track and field athlete Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce showed up for her son Zyon’s parent day races in Jamaica. 

Fraser-Pryce suffered an injury during the World Athletics Championships in Budapest but is expected to recover fully. Her eyes are now set on Paris 2024!
