On the left (2019), I was in a dark place. I was released from the aafcommanders and I was down for months . Couldn’t understand that I was more than just a football player after all the sacrifices I made. I felt sorry for myself 

On the right (present), now I’m grateful for the process I had to endure more than ever . I was able to shift the energy that I had with football into helping countless others using what I know and doing what I love through fitness
