MEET THE E-BOARD: CONNOR COAR - BROADCAST MANAGER

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be introducing you to the executive board of the Quinnipiac Bobcats Sports Network. You’ll get to know who they are inside and outside of the organization before you get to meet them on campus in the fall! 

In our penultimate post of this series, you’ll be meeting Connor Coar, the second half of our broadcast management team.  Our broadcast managers are responsible for training new members in the art of broadcasting, assembling our game sheet assignments, and being on-hand on game day to lend a hand.

Year: 3+1 Sophomore
Major: Journalism
Minor: Film, Television, and Media Arts
Master’s Degree: Journalism

Favorite QBSN Memory: Being able to travel to Boston College to cover the Women's Basketball team in the WNIT. It was a great opportunity to cover Quinnipiac against a high-profile school like Boston College.

Fun Fact: Don’t ask how, but I am a Pittsburgh Steelers and Miami Heat fan. Two drastically different teams, I know.

Advice for New Students: Immerse yourself. You never know what you are going to like until you try it, like crunchy peanut butter.
