It has been 4 years of consistent discipline and living comfortably uncomfortable... and I am now convinced that the physical changes are the least of my transformation… My Mind, My Spirit, and My word to myself have been strengthened in such a way that I will never return back to the old version!
 
Going from an emotional eater with excuses who was 50+ pounds overweight to a part time trainer/gym owner…who desires to #REPRESENT GOD with health… this is a real testimony of finding my #paceofgrace
