I have suffered from depression since I was 16 years old. I have attempted suicide multiple times, I've been in a mental hospital, I've tried every medication on the planet, etc.

So, I've lived it.

It sucks.

I didn't start really working on it until I got sober and later when I met my wife.

It started with weekly therapy, then trying different depression medications, then moving and trying a new therapist and doctor.

Dealing with depression spells that would last for months, etc.

But it wasn't until I was finally correctly diagnosed as Bipolar 2, that it finally started getting better.

Finally, overcoming my depression wasn't easy. Finding happiness is still a struggle sometimes.

Depression still pops up.

So, I'm never cured.

But I have the tools in place now to put me in the best position to fight it,.

Hopefully, there are some parts of this that can help you too with your depression or bipolar depression.

Overcoming depression wasn't easy.

Finding happiness is still a struggle sometimes.

Hopefully, this video helped you with your depression relief.
