A few Day 1 highlights from the #WWBA15u

#1 Aiden Teel he hopped on the mound from SS working 86-89 mph touching 91 once from the WU. Arm works and he repeats well, lots of strikes with the FB and flashed a big CB to go with. #UVA commit. Swung it very well today too. 
#2 Nice two-run single from Nicolas Senese (2022, Ga.) for his second hit of the day. First hit was a deep 2B to RCF gap. Flashed some quick hands and good arm strength at SS. #GeorgiaTech commit. #WWBA15U

#3 Drew Burress (‘23 Ga.) continuing to show as one of the top leadoff bats in his class. Sits back on a curveball behind in the count to drive it back up the middle. Great hands with total barrel control. Plays a rangy CF as well. #13 ranked in his class

#4 Jud Files (2023 MS) working 86-89/90 early on. Really sharp SL (74-76) for strikes

#5 Owen Egan (23) has easy bat speed and a confident approach. Worked counts and recognized spin too! Banged this ball to the base of the 365 sign in LCF. #WWBA15U

#6 Jamarie Brooks (22) ran down a ball that should have been a double against the wall, showing a good first step and easy closing speed in CF. Banged this triple off the leftfield wall as well. There is a ton to like with this young athlete! #WWBA15U
