## Caption

The Kelly-Anne Drummond Scholarship was created by her mother, Doreen Haddad in partnership with the Concordia Women’s Rugby Team. By giving this award, we continue Kelly-Anne’s legacy, doing no less than what she would expect us to do. This award is given to a player on the Women’s Rugby team who exudes and demonstrates Kelly-Anne’s sunny and ambitious attitude. Madeleine McTavish is a force on and off the field and she makes up a huge part of the heart of this team. She is consistently lifting people up and making herself available to her teammates to make sure they are never alone, especially in her role as Big Sister this season. She is an amazing human being who makes a positive impact on the people around her every single day and very deserving of the 2023 Kelly-Anne Drummond Scholarship.
