“Working with a coach costs too much money”

If you have said that to yourself… then, let’s go over some typical monthly spending 👇🏼

💸 Fast food for lunch at work = $50-$100 per week, $200-$400 per month (then tack on more money for dinners and coffee!)

💸 Weekly drinks with friends = $100-200 per month

💸 Monthly nail, beauty and hair appointments = $100-$200

💸 Multiple streaming services = $50 per month

💸 Supplements = $100-$200

💸 MOOOORE workout clothes or shoes = $100-$300

💸 Amazon or Target finds you definitely don’t need = $100-$200

But you don’t want to invest a couple hundred dollars a month into your long term health…. So does working with a coach cost too much money, orrrrrr are you not ready to truly make it a priority? 🤭

And I completely understand that not everyone can invest in a coach!! But if you feel called out by this post...

You might need to review if the money you’re choosing to spend each month is either taking you further or closer from your goals and the woman you want to become 👀👸🏼

And a tough love reminder.... you either pay for your health now or later
