Roasted feta cheese with plums and figs. Don’t skip the plums as they render the best juices ever. Super easy to make. Arrange everything on a baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil, honey and balsamic vinegar. Roast at 400F for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle chopped pistachios or walnuts. Just do like me, eat it before anyone shows up at home😂 Happy Friday 🍷
