Happy Saturday friends! It’s MiShawn and I'm back for my Oola takeover! 

As I mentioned yesterday, my mentor, Patty Aubery—President of Jack Canfield’s Training Company—introduced me to Oola. I had never heard of Oola before, but once I saw the scope of the company and its vision, I wanted to learn more.

The concept was simple at first as I was familiar with having a vision for the different areas of life through my work with Jack Canfield. However, what made the Oola approach unique was that EVERYTHING was through the lens of the 7 F’s of Life—Fun, Friends, Family, Finances, Faith, Field, and Fitness—and taking small, consistent steps each day toward raising the bar of fulfillment in those areas, similar to “Chunking It Down,” or “Rule of 5” in the Canfield Success Principles.

For me, fireworks 🎆🎇 went off! The Oola Life Framework provided the perfect tech and app complement to some of the philosophies I had studied as a coach and trainer, and they put it together in this innovative, modern, sleek, easy-to-use design and platform. Wah-la!

I loved it and wanted to figure out how to incorporate it into what I was already doing … so, I enrolled as an Ambassador. I wanted to share this fun way to create and cross off goals! I love not only goal-setting, but GOAL-GETTING! We don’t just want to set them, we want to get them done. 

Hey, are you clear on your purpose in life?  Are you thriving? Are you nurturing yourself so that you and the important areas of your life are healthy and whole? 

Ultimately, my purpose is to inspire and empower people to be fully self-expressed and to have a life of having it all. I want to support more people in living a full life and living life on purpose. Oola gives me the programs, products, and an online framework to do that for myself and the people I coach.
