## Caption

Finished a 3 week training block at the AIS and my first Supernova Study ! It has been a success 🙏

PB in the 10km racewalk by a minute, now down to 45:36 - my last 10km PB was from 2014 😂 so has been a bit of a long road and mental block to get back.

Loving being part of team @2xu who inspires their community to create change 🙏 Awesome to see so many improvements in the first month of 2022 and I can’t wait to keep putting in the work and see if I can chase down a Commonwealth Games Qualifier 😊 sport is my vessel to demonstrate and hopefully inspire people to jump at their own challenges❣️
