Girls time trial 🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
Not what I was after today but it felt great to put on my race kit and have a go at pushing myself again. I didn’t have the legs I needed but finished with 8:56. Thanks to our boys who came out and paced us three. So thankful for our little QLD squad that has made these past few months so much fun. I have loved following the 3km attempts and feeling that competition buzz again thanks to @steigensport World 3km Challenge.

Back up in distance for a 10km on the track this Saturday. #QLD10kmChamps #trackisback #nike
