I have recently heard about a couple athletes dropping out of competition due to concussion related issues… 🤕 … and  being that I have spent the past 12+ months diving deep into concussion recovery, I thought I would simply share some of what I have learned… I also want to let everyone know that head injuries are no joke and sometimes hard to talk about… so if you are dealing with a concussion, I am always will to talk, listen or help however I can.
