✨ SUNDAY BRUNCH DAY AT BISTRO D'HELENE ✨

🆕 Brunch Alert! 

TJ (prohausboise ) and I visited Fort Street Station during its transition to Bistro d’Helene (boisebistro) , an authentic French bistro in the North End.

✨ The brunch is an exquisite experience. We started with refreshing mimosas 🥂 paired with buttery and flaky croissants 🥐(hot & fresh). 

✨ We continued our dining experience with the main course: TJ ordered the Croque Madame: 
jambon, gruyère, sunnyside egg, mornay, greens; and I ordered the braised brisket omelet with pearl onions, spinach, romano. 

✨ In addition to the superb food and dining, what specifically stood out was what the staff shared.  It's evident that Chef danielledemure and La Bonte brand practice a unique model: provide long-term staffing solutions, encourage sustainable sourcing practices, and put the wellness of their employees first. 

✨Mark your calendar 🗓️ boisebistro will be celebrating their official Grand Opening Block Party in Sync with the boisecoop  50th Anniversary Celebration with over 40 local vendors on September 30th from 3pm to 7pm in the Co-Op parking lot!
