“I’ve partnered with veritasprepcs to implement Wake up Wellness, my health + wellness curriculum designed to Bridge the gap between culture and wellness—  one community at a time. These past few weeks have been zooming but two things I KNOW —

1. These kids CRACK ME UP. I coach all day and STILL this is the highlight of my Tuesdays + Thursdays😭they’re extremely wise + are always thinking of new entrepreneurial ventures during class as we talk about maintaining health of self + our communities through entrepreneurship. 

2. Anything new is challenging — until we’re educated on how to do it effectively for maximum performance. 

Quality of life is going up 🌱 — From goals, to habits, to character.”
