Pres. Biden took a couple moments during his recent visit to Vietnam to see the John McCain Memorial in Hanoi, the same city where McCain was held as a prisoner of war from 1967 to 1973.

McCain, a longtime Republican senator from Arizona, passed away in 2018.

'I miss him. He was a good friend,' Biden said at the memorial, according to pool reporters on hand.
