Do you notice how the sun just lifts everyone’s moods around including your own?

When you notice that and you’re at work, start taking that happy mood into your meetings, interviews, media pitches. ⚡ ⚡ ⚡

People will pick up on your energy.

I’m convinced a warm walk in the sunshine helped me pitch an exceptional, former CNBC News Anchor this morning.
