It’s not always my watch that reminds me it’s time to move. Sometimes it’s my a$s. 😂 🤣🤣

That was the case yesterday. I would’ve worked through the discomfort but the computer mouse also needed charging - perfect recipe for a break. 

Working at home has some advantages, like cleaning the (always dirty 🙄) white cabinets and including squats, forward bends, reaching - small amount of movement before getting back to the sedentary work. 

Anyone else clean like a madman anytime the opportunity arises? 🙋🏼‍♀️
