We always wondered if there was at-home hibachi that could come to us, and to our surprise, Zaza Japan in Long Island actually does! 🔥

Hibachi at home is great for celebrations, and if it’s halal, why not?! This is a great option for folks who don’t have the capacity to travel an hour to Long Island from the boroughs, and want to entertain a lot more people at home gatherings!

Here are all the details ✨

📍At the moment, they only service Long Island and the boroughs.

‼️ It’s a 1.5 hour performance time-slot. The host only has to set up tables and chairs, and provide plates and utensils. They bring their own hibachi grill and experienced chef.

🍽️ Each guest can choose their own customized meal. It starts with a side of hibachi vegetables, fried rice, and two proteins. They also offer sushi rolls to purchase to serve as appetizers.

🥩 Protein Choices:
Chicken, Steak, Scallop, Salmon, Vegetarian, Filet Mignon (+$5). Lobster Tail (+$10) — steak and filet mignon can be cooked to your desired doneness (rare to well done)
Optional Side Orders:
(+$4) Noodles
(+$10) Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, Scallop, Salmon, Vegetarian
(+$15) Filet Mignon, Lobster Tail

💵 Hibachi Pricing:
$50 per person
$25 per child under 12
$500 minimum for all parties (doesn’t include tip or gas fee)

The chef did a great job and kept us entertained throughout the entire time. He is also super accommodating but you should also notify of allergies beforehand when booking. Everyoneeee loved the food! 🔥
