Today, we're thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our Apache Junction community: Papa Bear's BBQ! 🎉

Papa Bear's BBQ is a true family affair, where the patriarch of the family, fondly known as Pops, has crafted his very own mouthwatering Texas-style BBQ recipes. 🤤

Starting their journey in 2017 with a food truck in the Phoenix metro area, they've now expanded to their very first brick-and-mortar location right here in Apache Junction. 🚚➡️🏢

What sets them apart? Their dedication to flavor! They slow-smoke their meats for a whopping 14 hours, using wood sourced locally from Apache Junction. 🔥 Whether you're a fan of brisket, turkey, or ribs, they've got you covered. And if you can't get enough of their delicious BBQ sauce, you're in luck – they sell it by the jar! 🍗🍖🍴

But it's not just about the main course. Papa Bear's BBQ takes pride in crafting every item from scratch daily, including their delectable sides. 😋
