If you haven’t been to Urban Hawker, a Singaporean food hall that has a few halal hawkers, one of them being Mamak’s Corner (mamakscornernyc), then you need to get on ittttt!

The food was just perfect, bursting with flavor, and proportionality right flavor too. Idk, it was just, really, really good??? Singaporean parata is the best, I said what I said.

Chicken is hand-slaughtered.
