## Caption

Special thanks again to the @capitals and @capsyouthhockey organizations for having me at the inaugural #CapsRisingStars Academy. The 2 day camp focused on physical and mental strength, as well as social discussions around hockey culture. I was honored to lead participants in a cooking demonstration focused on healthy eating and nutrition. I also laced up my skates and helped coach during on-ice drills. It’s a blessing to use my two passions of cooking and hockey for a greater purpose. 🏒
