What does Ohio State’s best case and worst case scenario season look like?

Welcome to my new series called Fresh or Fatigued.

@loftasleep and I are looking at the best and worst-case scenarios for some of the most hyped teams in college football the rest of the way in 2023.

This week, it’s Ohio State.

The Fresh (best) Path:

- Kyle McCord rolls as their quarterback and gets more comfortable

- Marvin Harrison Jr. and Emeka Egbuka prove they’re the best WR duo in college football

- Brian Hartline and Jim Knowles show the country that they’re the best coordinators

- Ohio State rolls through their game vs. Penn State

- Finally, after losing back-to-back matchups vs. Michigan they go into Ann Arbor and pick up their biggest win in 2 years

The Fatigued (worst) Path:

- The offense reverts back to Week 1 and neither quarterback can figure it out

- Their play calling is stale, and they can’t get the ball to Marvin Harrison Jr. or Emeka Egbuka in space

- The Buckeyes can’t take care of Notre Dame in South Bend

- Then drop back-to-back games against Penn State and Wisconsin

- Finally, they be limp into “The Game” at 8 and 3and the Buckeyes lose to Michigan for the third year in a row

- Ryan Day is fired, and Ohio State is entering the new age Big 10 on some real rocky footing

Could you imagine?
