On #WorldSuicidePreventionDay we want our players, coaches, staff, and community members to know that we want you to be here tomorrow.

You are worthy. You are loved. You are enough. You belong.

Heartbreakingly, young athletes are increasingly dying by suicide in recent years. Today, we honor and celebrate the lives of those gone too soon. The one's who felt there was no escape, no hope, and no reason to stay.

In 2022 the following five high profile athletes made national headlines after dying by suicide. Their lives are so much more than their deaths.

💙 Katie Meyer 💜 Sarah Shulze 💙 Jayden Hill 💜 Lauren Bennett 💙 Robert Martin.

Join us in uplifting fellow athletes who have taken their lives. Join us in remembering them. Join us in saying their name in the comments.

🕯🕯🕯🕯🕯

If you or a loved one are in crisis and/or facing mental health challenges or suicidal thoughts, call @988lifeline for immediate support.
