A lot can change in 6 months 🗓️ 

Flash back to March 2023 ✨ We didn’t have the squat rack yet. I started contract work on the side. The Relke Fitness app was in need of growth to better support the community. I had no clue what was next in store for me 🤷🏻‍♀️ I just knew I had to keep putting one foot in front of the other 👟 

Now going into the fall I can’t be more clear and excited with all the things happening at #relkefitness 💪🏼 It’s definitely true when they say “when one door closes, another door opens” 🚪
