## Caption

This quick Spicy Baked Corn Dip is perfect for Game Day. Grab the chips and let’s start dipping! 

Ingredients

2 tbsp of butter
1 small sweet onion diced
2 cloves of garlic minced 
1 jalapeno diced 
2 cups of corn kernels fresh or can
1/2 block of cream cheese
2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
Salt and black pepper 
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 cup of mexican shredded cheese 
Fresh cilantro Tortilla chips for serving 

Instructions
 - Preheat oven on 400F degree. 
- In a sauté pan add butter, onion, minced garlic, diced jalapeño and corn.
- Sauté for 5 -7 minutes until nicely charred. 
 - Add cream cheese, cilantro and lime juice. 
-Spread cheese and transfer skilled into the oven
 - Bake for 5 minutes under broil until cheese is melted.
 - Serve warm with tortilla chips. 
- Enjoy!
