These soft and chewy extra peanut buttery cookies are stuffed with fluffy marshmallow and loaded with even more peanut butter chips. Made in minutes with no chill time, these cookies are a perfect weekday treat when the sugar craving strikes. I love how customizable these cookies are…don’t love marshmallows?? Leave them out and add extra pb or chocolate chips. OR try my favorite swap and add a peanut butter cup to the center of each cookie as soon as they come out of the oven (the ones from Trader Joe’s are 🔥).
