Being a college student can be stressful but know that it is okay to ask for help when you need it. As we wrap up #SuicidePreventionWeek, we want to remind 'Runners that you are not alone and you have resources available to you. 

Wellness 360 Counseling provides free short-term counseling and psychiatry. Counseling and Mental Health services are available to currently registered students. Give them a call to schedule an appointment at (210) 458-4140.
