As we are heading to Fall we’re looking forward to more easy and comforting dishes. #ad This easy beef stroganoff is made with a quick sear of sirloin beef and the most delicious creamy mushroom sauce. The perfect dish for a busy weeknight, yet fancy enough to enjoy with friends and family. Nothing against noodles, but I feel serving this delicious sauce over creamy mashed potatoes from main_st_bistro is a better choice. Main St Bistro® Steakhouse Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes are made with fresh Yukon Gold potatoes, whole milk, and real butter. It is ready in minutes and tastes better than homemade. I promise this dish will hit the spot for those days when you are craving a hearty and cozy dish.
